About Me

Alexis Thompson is the founder, owner, and broker of Bar T Realty, LLC, where she specializes in farm and ranch real estate across Texas, Oklahoma, and Wyoming. With a lifelong passion for agriculture, Alexis brings both personal experience and professional expertise to every transaction.

Her roots in agriculture run deep, beginning with her involvement in FFA where she raised and showed sheep and goats. That early foundation shaped her work ethic and continues to influence her commitment to the industry today. Alexis remains actively involved in supporting the next generation, giving back through mentorship and involvement with local FFA programs.

In addition to her real estate career, Alexis is a dedicated community leader. She plays an integral role in local nonprofit efforts and helps lead the County of Lampasas Rodeo Association, where she works to preserve western heritage and create opportunities for youth. She is also actively involved in professional organizations, including the Texas Alliance of Land Brokers and the REALTORS® Land Institute, staying connected with industry leaders and engaging in continuing education.

Outside of real estate, Alexis and her husband own and operate a successful excavation business in Lampasas, Texas, further strengthening their connection to land, development, and the local community.
