About Me

Melanie grew up on a 10-acre property in east Texas. She has always been a lover of the land, and her fondest childhood memories are running around in a big pasture in the middle of nowhere. Later, her parents moved her to north Texas to finish out her schooling in a top-tier school district. She has spent much of her adult life moving and traveling, and this experience has expanded her knowledge and perspective in many different aspects.

Melanie is a people person, having worked primarily in the service industry, she doesn’t know a stranger. Within a year of earning her real estate license in Texas, she also obtained her Oklahoma real estate license. Her father has a ranch south of the Red River which helps her awareness in the southeast corner of Oklahoma.

She has always had a passion for Texas land and is excited to grow her career in the ranch real estate industry. She is a firm believer in communication and transparency. She is confident that her clients will see her efficiency and responsibility throughout the entire process of their ranch buying or selling transaction.
