Ginger grew up immersed in the world of ranching, surrounded by amazing landscapes and livestock on a commercial cattle ranch in the Doss area of Gillespie/Mason County. Spending time with my three sons, being outdoors, hunting, fishing, and ranching have brought me to the love of ranch real estate. As every rancher knows, “the work is never done,” you must be proactive, a good steward, and a constant improver of your land. Knowing how to manage various grasses, brush, cattle, and wildlife in order to enhance the land’s appearance, productivity, and water retention or usage is a must. Whether negotiating land deals as a dedicated real estate agent or a passionate rancher tending cattle I can navigate the unique challenges and opportunities that come with both.
